| PS : Note that Belfast is not a particularly dangerous city for the tourist.
As in any other city there are areas to avoid. In Belfast it is better
to keep out of ‘interface areas’ such as the Peace Lines, Crumlin Road
and the Short Strand after dark. If you would like to take a picture of
police stations or other military/security buildings or persons, or
pictures in the Protestant and Catholic strongholds, it is better to
ask first for permission. |
